Shelters

Shelters may be reserved up to one year in advance and offer the perfect setting for family reunions, birthday parties, church picnics, and school outings.

Sycamore Shelter

This shelter features 21 picnic tables, electrical outlets, a large covered grilling area, attached men’s and women’s restrooms, and a playground unit designed and installed in 2010.

Lakeview Shelter

This shelter is located on a hillside overlooking Recreation Lake. It features a large, private parking area, 20 picnic tables, electrical outlets, a grill, and large grassy landing just down the hill with a playground unit and beautiful lakeside views. This is a popular location for small outdoor weddings.

Cardinal Shelter

This shelter is located beside the tennis courts and features 15 picnic tables, electrical outlets, a grill, and a beautiful stone fireplace. Playground equipment and restrooms are located nearby.

Hilltop Shelter

This shelter is located just up the hill from the Cardinal Shelter and features 21 picnic tables, electrical outlets, and a grill.
