For the second year, John James Audubon State Park is hosting a photography competition! The guidelines for this competition are:

• Two submissions per photographer
• Digitally submitted photos will be printed on 8.5” X 11” photo paper by the Museum Curator and placed in frames for display.
• Photos will be judged by the Museum Curator and Park Naturalist. They will be displayed in the Museum Lobby. The public will be allowed to take photos in the exhibit.
• Photos submitted must have been taken ON PARK PROPERTY between July 1, 2025, and June 30, 2026.
• Photos are to be emailed to the Curator with a title for the photograph, and your preference for printing it on either glossy or matte photo paper.
• Photos must be emailed as an attachment. Copying and pasting images into an email will distort the quality and can affect how they are judged.

Selected winning photographs will be on display in the lobby of the John James Audubon Museum beginning July 11, 2026, until the end of 2026. Submissions should be sent to Connor.Humphrey@ky.gov. Submissions will not be accepted after the deadline of June 30^th.
