The manufacturer’s mark on the back reads: “Plate #367 / Muscivora Tryannus / Reproduced / from the Elephant / Folio Edition of Audubon’s / Birds of / America / Endorsed / by National Audubon Society / Fork-tailed Flycatcher / Alfred Meakin / England.”
Robert and Sue Frost purchased a set of Audubon teacups, saucers, and plates from the Audubon Museum gift store in the 1950s. This plate is included in that set.
