This is a set of five original prints from the first Royal Octavo edition of John James Audubon’s Birds of America, including plate 107 Golden-winged Swamp Warbler, plate 146 Hermit Thrush, plate 306 Lora Rail, plate 322 Townsend’s Surf Bird, and plate 460 Wilson’s Petrel Mother Carey’s Chicken.
A private collector donated these prints to the Friends of Audubon. All proceeds benefit fundraising efforts for the Unmatched Art, Unmatched Nature matching grant campaign.
