Description

This is a set of five original prints from the first Royal Octavo edition of John James Audubon’s Birds of America, including plate 65 Traill’s Flycatcher, plate 149 Aquatic Wood Wagtail, plate 298 Sharp-tailed Grouse, plate 334 Long-legged Sandpiper, and plate 461 Least Petrel Mother Carey’s Chicken.

A private collector donated these prints to the Friends of Audubon. All proceeds benefit fundraising efforts for the Unmatched Art, Unmatched Nature matching grant campaign.
