This is a set of five original prints from the first Royal Octavo edition of John James Audubon’s Birds of America, including plate 150 American Pipit or Titlark, plate 262 Hairy Woodpecker, plate 309 Great Red-breasted Rail or Fresh Water Marsh Hen, plate 381 Snow Goose, and plate 452 Richardson Jager.
A private collector donated these prints to the Friends of Audubon. All proceeds benefit fundraising efforts for the Unmatched Art, Unmatched Nature matching grant campaign.
